Princeton, N.J. & Elstree, United Kingdom — October 10, 2008 — Infragistics, the world leader in user interface development tools, announced today that two more of its employees have been honored with the 2009 Microsoft Most Valuable Professional Award. Jesse Chadwick received the Microsoft MVP award for ASP.NET, and Grant Hinkson was awarded Microsoft MVP for his work with the Microsoft Expression Community. This award is given to exceptional technical community leaders who actively share their high-quality, real-world expertise with others.

Hinkson, the Director of the Experience Design Group at Infragistics, has made significant community contributions including the development of the Fireworks to XAML Exporter and co-authorship of both the Silverlight 1.0 and Silverlight 2.0 books, published by WROX. Hinkson also led the development of Pistachio, a tool that analyzes resource usage in WPF projects and is listed among the "must have" tools for WPF development.

"We are so proud of Jesse and Grant for all of their achievements at Infragistics and the technical community as a whole," said Dean Guida, CEO and President of Infragistics.
