Infragistics Announces TestAdvantage™ for Windows Forms (for IBM® Rational® Functional Tester)

Princeton, N.J. & Elstree, United Kingdom — April 29, 2008 — Infragistics, a world leader in presentation layer development tools, today announced the world premiere of Infragistics TestAdvantage™ for Windows Forms (for IBM® Rational® Functional Tester), a cooperative effort between IBM and Infragistics.

IBM Rational Functional Tester provides automated testing for applications to ensure proper functionality. TestAdvantage, with privileged knowledge of the NetAdvantage component object models and knowledge of IBM Rational Functional Tester's capabilities, integrates into Rational Functional Tester and provides the added capabilities of testing .NET applications with user interfaces powered by the NetAdvantage for Windows Forms toolset. The new offering has been validated through the Ready for IBM Rational software* offering ensuring it meets IBM's requirements for interoperability and user experience.

TestAdvantage for IBM Rational Functional Tester is now available for NetAdvantage for Windows Forms 2007 Vol. 1.  Infragistics plans to have incremental releases in the next several months with plans to support all versions up to and including NetAdvantage for Windows Forms 2008 Vol. 3 in the fall of this year.
