You've seen the exciting prototypes that Infragistics Labs assembled for TechEd Orlando. Now thrill to the unveiling of our Silverlight™ gauge control, still in the early development stages, the Silverlight gauge targets the upcoming Microsoft® Silverlight 2 platform which includes an embedded Common Language Runtime and powerful Base Class Library that can be programmed in C# and VB.NET.

Silverlight Gauge enables you to build relevant business scorecard-style applications and information dashboards leveraging the rich media platform of Silverlight. Present your application users with crystal clear renditions of key performance indicators (KPI) empowering them to make decisions and take action. With the Silverlight Gauge's expressive object model, and the benefits that can be derived from declaring your user interface through XAML such as cleaner separation between design and development tasks, you'll be astonished at the engaging applications that become possible.

Like our current WinGauge and WebGauge controls with which you may already be familiar, Silverlight Gauge will allow you to create radial, linear and digital gauge types as well as hybrid combinations of these three. We're also striving to also include powerful design-time capabilities for Silverlight authors and the set of over one hundred professionally-designed presets that you can now use from Windows Forms and ASP.NET applications, which will allow you to add gauge instrumentation into your rich interactive applications (RIA's) for Silverlight 2 quickly and easily.
