(PTO)Paid Time Off
Full-time employees are eligible to accrue Paid Time Off (PTO). PTO is an all-purpose time-off policy for all full-time employees and may be used for illness, injury, vacation, or personal reasons. An employee of Infragistics may accrue 16 days of PTO annually.
Company Holidays
Infragistics offers 10 paid company holidays to its full-time employees.
Medical Coverage
Major Medical insurance is available to all employees, their partners and dependents through United Healthcare. In addition to traditional medical treatment, the plan offers Holistic treatment coverage, as well as access to legal advice by legal professionals, and certified financial advice for enrollees.
Prescription Coverage
Infragistics, through the Major Medical plan, offers a discount prescription card for all plan participants. Additional discounts on prescription drugs may be obtained by using the Merck Medco mail order plan.
Dental Coverage
Infragistics provides world class dental insurance through The Guardian Insurance.
Bonus Program
All Infragistics employees are enrolled in the cash bonus program as part of their employment.
401(k) Retirement
Infragistics provides employees with a 401(k) retirement plan. Infragistics matches a percentage of employee deferrals into the plan.
Profit Sharing
Every employee at Infragistics is automatically enrolled in the Profit Sharing program. These funds are self managed by the employee.
Flexible Spending
Infragistics provides Flexible Spending Accounts and Dependant Care Accounts with easy access through VISA Debit Cards. An FSA is a valuable benefit that offers an employee the opportunity to save tax dollars on non-covered health care and dependent care expenses during the course of the calendar year.
Short and Long-Term Disability
All employees are eligible for voluntary short term disability insurance. Long Term Disability is paid 100% by Infragistics, and covers any employee against either a physical or mental disability. Employees are eligible for this benefit starting from their date of hire. In the event that an employee becomes disabled, a benefit of 66 2/3%* of their salary will be paid.

Life Insurance and AD&D Insurance are benefits that are paid 100% by Infragistics, and provide a financial safety net for employees.
