Quality Engineer Team Lead for Data Visualization (Sofia, Bulgaria)

Description

Infragistics is the world leader in UI components and is now extending its Sofia Development Lab. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Engineer for our DataVisualization Team, located in Sofia, Bulgaria for leading a team of high level professionals. As a Quality Engineer Team Lead you will coordinate and also participate in testing new and interesting DataVisualization controls on different platforms as WPF, Silverlight, Windows Phone, JQuery.

Responsibilities
  • Divide QE tasks amongst the team members.
  • Manage QE project schedule in alignment with the product release schedule.
  • Test and deliver product service releases on a regular basis.
  • Review all problem reports for severity, identifying which issues are critical to a successful product release.
  • Drive process improvements for the QE team.
  • Coordinate with other QE team leads and QE architects to adopt new practices and standardize existing ones.
  • Ensure team focuses on automated testing as a top priority.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions on products in development.

Qualifications
  • Experience in test automation.
  • Good Knowledge of OOP
  • Software Testing/Quality Assurance(QA) experience
  • Motivation for career development in the area of Software Testing
  • Ability to communicate with people and work in a team
  • Clear spoken and written communication skills (English)
  • Knowledge in C# and .NET
  • Experience in developing automation tests
  • Knowledge in Silverlight, WPF, JQuery, HTML
