We are seeking an experienced self-motivated, highly resourceful, innovative, customer-centric senior solutions devloper in XAML (Silverlight and WPF). Utilize Infragistics' advanced graphical user interface controls and tools along with developing custom solutions to create exceptional user experiences and brand allegiance for our customers through their applications. The senior solutions developer must have full lifecycle project experience using .NET in the creation of compelling user interfaces as well as having experience in the development of requirements, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. A proven record as a technologist who consistently delivers both technically sound and inventive solutions to solve customer problems is needed to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
|
- Develop leading edge user interface solutions using Microsoft technologies, Infragistics controls, and User Experience principles that exceed customer expectations
- Deliver technical consulting either as a single consultant or as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Lead technical solution discussions with developers and senior managers at customer sites
- Provide full lifecycle development services providing solution design and implementation services focused on .NET using C# and Visual Basic .NET, Silverlight, WPF, etc, and best practices and accepted development frameworks
- Conduct requirements, code, and design reviews and provide best practice recommendations
- Contribute to potential project sizing by providing analysis, design, and sizing estimates
- Quickly develop subject matter expertise in Infragistics' products and advanced UI design and development practices
- Facilitate Services growth within customer engagements
- Provide customer feedback and product requirements to product teams
- Mentor Infragistics consultants in XAML and tools
- Present and communicate clearly in English
- Work well in a team environment
- Travel: domestic and international

Qualifications:
|
- 4 year Computer Science degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated consulting experience and skills
- 3+ years in Full Lifecycle development experience including design and development of .NET Line of Business applications
- 3+ years in C# (or VB.NET), .NET 3.0/.NET 4.0 Framework
- 2+ years' experience with the XAML Platform (Silverlight or WPF)
- Experience and knowledge of the MVVM and other design patterns
- Experience working with, or familiarity with, Infragistics or other 3rd party controls
- Experience in WCF a plus
- Experience in designing full end-to-end solutions a plus
- Ability to work and flourish in an ever changing technical and business environment
- Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize accordingly
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, organizational, time management and presentation skills
- Independent thinker
- Self-managed and self-motivated
- Track record of exceeding commitments to customers
