Hi all,
we are using infragistics grid to display data to be shown to user on home page. There's a column which the user can change its value from the Grid itself. All other columns are read only. Now we have the following issue.
There are many rows shown to user on home Page. When the user edits the value of the column in the grid. Other Row's corresponding value changes but not the intended one. This happens only on 3 to 4 user Machines. Rest all are fine.
For Eg:-
There are 10 rows on User Home Page and when User edits a column value for column x for row 1 , some random row gets updated and wehen user refreshes the Page, it still shows the updated wrong row output.
Does, Infragistics grid records order interpreted differently in different browsers?
Is it a known Issue or any fix for this Issue?

I will need more information about the issue, for example when started to appear, what is your exact product version and is it browser specific? Since this is not a known issue for us it will be highly appreciated if you could share a small sample with me that is showing the issue.

like I said, this issue I am not able to reproduce on my machine and it only appears on 2 or 3 users machines. Rest all are good. Thus I can't provide a consistent sample that replicates this. I suspect it has something to do with User machine as its not found in all user's computers.

Okay in that case could you please share with me what is the browser under which the issue appear (for some specific machine), or at least with which version it is happening.
A possible cause could be that the DataKeyFields attribute is missing or some inconsistency in your Update definitions related to the database.
Also could you please show me the code definition of the WebDataGrid, or at least some code snipped of your backend.
