I have been looking into your issue and I have prepared a sample application for you to test.
In order to achieve the behavior you have described, an approach I can suggest you is to use the GetWindowLong and SetWindowLong static methods imported from the "user32" dll. In the Loaded event of the Window I have invoked the SetWindowLong method and I have used the Window's handler and a couple of integer constants to adjust the window according to the behavior you have described.

I have modified the sample application in order to work with the XamRibbonWindow. Since the XamRibbonWindow extends the Window class and its functionality, the approach would be the same as the one I have used in my previous reply.
