I've attached a sample that shows how to edit a cell with a single tap.
By default, we support double tap, so its a bit more work to do a single tap. Basically we just inherit from the IGGridVIewDataSourceHelper and override the gridView:cellAt: selector and register a temporary gesture for a single tap event.
