I have a license for 16.1 but when I run the code it is still showing the trial watermark. How can I resolve this.

The license itself will not remove the watermark.
Once you have the license you can download source files with no watermark from https://www.infragistics.com/my-account/keys-and-downloads after you login with your credentials.
On this page click on the product name and a list with download will appear below. You can also download a link with cdn links you can use to access the IgniteUI resource files.
In your page you should reference the newly downloaded resource files or reference the CDN links. Please let me know if you have further questions.
