Why SharePlus doesn't update the changes I made to a list or library? (SharePlus iOS)

Issue

You have made changes to the list/library settings in SharePoint and those changes do not show up in SharePlus. These changes include, but are not limited to:

Add/Delete/Modify a list view

Add/Delete/Modify a column/field

Solution

SharePlus is designed to keep network use to the minimum. This implies the list's metadata is loaded the first time it is browsed and updated only if you manually reset the list's cache.

As explained above, SharePlus will re-build the list's structure if its cache is reset.

In order to reset a list's cache the you will need to:

1. Browse the site or sub-site that contains the list in question

2. Tap and hold the list's name in the navigator:

3. Tap Reset to confirm:

4. Browse the list again to see the changes applied.

You should see your changes in the list now. If you don't, please submit a support request so we can troubleshoot this issue.
