System.Runtime.InteropServices.SEHException: External component has thrown an exception.Some of our users are getting the above error. It appears to be coming from the line:

I am not familiar with the above exception. Could you please let me know of your scenario and steps to reproduce this? When does this issue occur? I will also be happy to take a look at a sample reproducing the above mentioned issue and assist you further on this.

I understand your concerns but I do not have any knowledge of such exception caused by our 'UltraTree' control. When does it happen? What is the scenario, please tell me so I could examine this further for you.
Boris, Thanks for your response. I am not positive that it is caused by Infragistics components, but I had a couple of indicators that it might be. As it turns out, we are coming out with a relatively major upgrade to our software anyway, so we have decided to wait and see if that resolves the error that the user is experiencing.
