I am currently testing out the trial version of NucliOS with native code.
The problem I am facing is the following... in a single view, I want to have a dashboard so I put 3 gaugeView and 2 chart views. Both chart views are OK but one gauge view (the second one) does not appear. I have putted the 3 gauge view side by side and the middle one is not there. The thing is I see the "NucliOS trial" label where the view should be, but it does not appear. Also, I set a timer to update the value and I see the value updated each time it should be but again, no visual.
Is this a limitation of the trial? Or something else I should checking out?
Thanks!
Seb
Hello,
Could you please upload simple sample that demonstrates your issue in order to see what exactly happens on your side, and to be able to investigate this further for you.
I am waiting for your details.
Is it possible that another ticket opened for this problem, I will be able to upload my files.
Thanks
Hi Sebastien,
We were able to reproduce and address the problem. We've logged a development issue 154415 for you as well, so you can be notified when a service release is available. The gauge was being rendered out of its container and the coordinates of the view's origin were doubled. This is why it appeared that the gauge was missing - it was actually drawn off screen. The workaround is quite simple: when you set the gauge's frame, use x/2 and y/2 for the origin point and all your gauges will be in the right place, so if, for example, you want a gauge at (200,200) set the origin to (100,100) instead. Of course, you won't have to do that in the next service release.I apologize for the inconvenience.
