i want user to able to move row Up/down manually by selecting row and dragging it. please provide a sample code as Example.
i have searched infragistic and found http://www.infragistics.com/community/forums/t/53245.aspx but it doesn't have any sample code or how this task is achieved.

I found one of your solution here http://www.infragistics.com/community/forums/t/71102.aspx.(DragDropRecordsInHierarchy.sln)It uses latest "Infragistic.DragDrop.dll" and having very less code in code-behind, will take less time to customize to MVVM. For now, I am not using any Hierarchy, i just want to move rows up and down with-in same XAMDataGrid.

where there are examples how to use behaviors or interactions in order not to use code behind. You can use them as basis in order to modify your sample.

Thank you!! I am able to wrap DragSource_Drop into attached behavior. but unlike these examples i am not using any template and directly binding XamDataGrid to my DataCollection. I am able to get the dragged item and Drop collection in DropTargetElements but the drop index isn't available in DropTargetElements and drop element too . do i need to change the bindings. if you got the chance to look into this , please send me the example (Sln). for binding and wrapped behavior.

I have been looking into your post, and it will be better if you send an isolated sample project, where the issue is reproduced, so I can investigate it further for you, because I cannot be completely sure how your data is organized and how exactly you wrapped the DragSource_Drop event into attached behavior.
