This is because for some reason the Infragistics Platform Installer is not able to download anything from download.infragistics.com. It might be because your internet connection is behind a firewall or a proxy server.
I suggest you to log in and download the Ultimate bundle from here:
http://www.infragistics.com/downloads/generate?packageId=00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000004257&product=ultimate
Another option is that to add an exception for download.infragistics.com, dl.infragistics.com and their resolvable IP addresses to the firewall if you have access to it.

I have been looking into your issue. You can download complete bundle of our controls from your account on our website. When you log on our website you have to click account, There you can select the version you want and bellow the versions you would be able to find a complete bundle installer.
