I am installing NetAdvantage for .NET 2006 Vol. 2 CLR 2.0 on Win Server 2008 R2 Datacenter and getting error 1606. Could not access network location "%SystemDrive%\inetpub\wwwroot\.

I followed steps from http://www.infragistics.com/community/forums/t/65040.aspx, created a new wwwroot folder, reinstalled WebServer, fixed regedit, changed firewall. Still the same. I appreciate any help,
