Hey guys,
in our company every employee has to use his own account/site on sharepoint (because of different rights). Right now some employee have to use the same device (one iPad) to work with the app. So I wonder if it's possible, that the employee has to sign in with a code before he could open his sharepoint-site! At the moment every one can open everybodys site :-(
Can somebody help me?
Thank you so much,
Michael
Michael,
Add the site and each user will be asked to enter credentials.
Did that work for you?
Thank you!
Well, there is a password by adding a site. But once the site is added, you don't have to log you in with your password. You only have to choose a site and you're in! That's not a problem as long as every one has his own sharepoint-site on it's iphone, but right now a couple of people has their sites on one ipad. So they would have the chance to log in a foreign account without a password.
The Enterprise version of SharePlus has a feature known as Kiosk Mode in which SharePlus will "behave as a session-based application in which each session works as a temporary interactive dialogue between SharePlus and the user." "Once the session ends, all user data can be wiped and the app can be reset to its initial state."
I believe this feature will give you what you want and I suggest that you purchase the Enterprise version of SharePlus.
Is that version purchasable in the Apple appstore or do I need a volume license for that?
