Cannot login with Office 365 Account on v4.0

I had the older version of Shareplus installed, and updated it to v4.0.

But now I cannot successfully add an account. My Office 365 Authentication fails.

This works with the old version.

Any thoughts?

We had a few issues after the release of the 4.0 that we noticed thanks to you and other customers.
Right now we have a new update available in the AppStore, SharePlus 4.0.3 that we feel will fix these issue.

Would you mind go to: http://goo.gl/Y768HZ and update?

We'll appreciate if you can provide us feedback after updating.
Does the issue was fixed or is it still occurring?

version 4.0.3 does not solve the problem. I already sent a few mails to support regarding the same issue with this version.

Since 4.0 I also haven't been able to login. Even 4.0.4 doesn't help :-(

With the latest upgrade, the same problem also appears with report plus app. This is getting now very anoying, as I can no longer access my company data. Any hope on improvement, or do I need to look after alternatives?

I am quite frustrated since I love the Apps

Hello all!

After a little research our engineers did, this is what we found:

We use this mechanism: http://allthatjs.com/2012/03/28/remote-authentication-in-sharepoint-online/

If you look at the comments the issue is that, for BPOS migrated sites, the token does not work as a remote mechanism and is not supported.

As a simple workaround, we'll add code to launch the WebLogin when we detect this. In the meantime, change the authentication mode to Web Login.

MS' recommendation is to "recreate the migrated sites under new 365 sites" [sic]
