I originally installed the trial version of Nuclios. We just bought, registered, and reinstalled (and I did not uninstall the trial version first) the complete suite of tools. How can I determine from within Xcode (or wherever) that the code is legitimately using a licensed version of the tool set? Thank you.
Hello Bruce,
Normally when applying a Service Release or Trial->Licenced version I suggest that you:
1) Remove references to the framework from project
2) Clean project
3) Close all Xcode windows
4) install
5) re-add, rebuild
When you were using the trial versions, in the bottom right hand corner of the control was a "Nuclios Trial" message. If that's no longer there, you are on the licenced version.
Thanks for the quick reply.
The sample project included with the tool suite seems to work just fine as of now. I think I'll hold off on doing the above until necessary. That seems a bit heavy handed even if it was just a service release, though. Since I'm only messing around with the sample project, I think I should be okay.
So, I take it there's no simple "Infragistics About" screen or properties that reveal the current version/license information within a project?
Nope, if you see the trial add on, they are trial frameworks, otherwise they are licensed.
