Our company has a list of shared files that have not all synched, yet when I start the synchronization it stops after only a few seconds. I can see from the list not all have a green "wheel". How do I get the rest to finish or completely synch?

Thank you for reporting this. At this time can you answer a few questions for us?
1. What devices have you tested that reproduce/not reproduce this behavior?
2. How large are the files that are not syncing to your device for offline purposes? Perhaps you need to change the Max Document size in your settings.
a. There are settings you can change to help this process speed up when configurting offline. You can refer to our user manual starting on page 39 here:

If the Max Document size is too low then the files that are larger will not synchronize.
