I have added some ten items in the popup gallery as images. How to diable a single item in the popupgallery tool?

There is currently no built in support to hide or disable gallery tool items. You can submit a feature request for this: http://ideas.infragistics.com
You can manually implement each of these though. To disable an item, you can use a creation filter similar to the one of the attached sample.
