Dear Infragistics-Team,
our company is using the SharePlus-App for IOS on iPad.
We have installed its own Portal for every employee(user). Everything worked just fine for months, but a couple days ago something happened:
Now when you change from one’s portal to another one’s portal the content isn’t changing! That means an user is able/has the right to see all the content of the user who was logged in before! I have no glue what's going wroing..
Can anybody help me?

Can you please check if the app asks for credentials when changing portals?
Is the content being mixed up from the several portals or is the app displaying the content of one specific site? If so, is the offline support for it on?
Have you tried clearing the cache in the app?
On how many devices in this happening?

We're using the online mode all the time, so the cache shouldn't be the problem. No, I havn't cleared the cache yet.
The problem showes up on every device with multiple users. Even on new set upped devices (for try). But when you use sharepoint on a pc or with another app everything works just fine. I'm sure nobody changed any setup, so I'm totally glueless whats going on here!
When changing the portal the app is not asking for credentials. But that's how I set it up I guess. Everything worked just fine this way since last thursday.
Maybe you have another idea?

Kiosk mode for SharePlus is available for the Enterprise version of the app.
I will need you to send me you company name to the email address in my signature if you do have an Enterprise app and I can continue with the troubleshoot through email instead of the public forum here.

I wrote you my company's name to your email-adress in your signature like you wished. So I was waiting for a reaction, but nothing happened.
The problems are still the same, nothing changed:-(
it seemed that everything works fine after newstarting the app.
But without that it doesn't change the content when changing the porta!

As I stated in my previous email, Kiosk mode needs to be enable in your Enterprise version of SharePlus.
