Hi Franzoppi,
Thank you for posting on our forums.
I believe this issue may be due to the different browsers you're using to render the UltraWebChart Scatter chart. Can you provide me with the version of IE you're using in both of these environments? Also, to isolate the cause of this issue, please update this thread with screenshots demonstrating the differences in rendering with the different configurations.
I am looking forward to your update.
Thanks for the response.
I think the problem is not about internet explorer version because actually I'm using Internet Explorer 8 for one machine e Internet Explorer 9 for the other but tests are done with IE 10 .... and always the same problem: when the to the web server simultaneously and refresh simultaneously the charts are designed in mixed mode. I checked in the folder where the chats are deployed and they are designed in mixed mode.
I have not an url to attach the image ... how I can send it?
Please help me I need to solve this big issue.
Thanks
Sorry the other test ais IE9 and on the Clients IE10.
So we access ti the webserver with different version of Internet Expòlorer...so what you suggest? To use the same IE version? If yes which one?
Franzoppi,
What is the exact version of the UltraWebChart that you are using? Also please provide the markup for the Chart so that we can see what options you are using. Is the behavior the same if you change the method Image Deployment method? For more details see Image Deployment in WebChart in the help.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Please let us know if you still require assistance with the UltraWebChart's Scatter Chart. If so, updating this thread with the information requested by Alan will greatly help isolating the cause of this issue and providing you with a solution.
We are looking forward to your update.
