losing QAT switching themes in ApplicationMenu2010

When I'm switching Theme via a ButtonTool, it is fine.

But when I switch it in ApplicationMenu2010, the QAT disappears. I'm not sure if it is a bug.

    I have followed the steps you have provided and I have reproduced this behavior you are seeing. This is unexpected behavior and as such, I have asked our engineering staff to examine this further.
