Our developed tool uses 8 Infragistics dlls which are depending on the .Net Framework 3.5. when i try to install my tool on windows 8 o 8.1 (default with .Net framework 4.0), it rises 8 new pop ups asking to install .Net framework 3.5. So can anyone please provide me some details about, what is the appropriate version/patch to upgreade the dlls to .Net framework 4.0?

I have been looking into it. If you want to upgrade your product to .Net 4, you have to upgrade our ddls too. The supported dlls for .Net 4 are from 10.2 to 14.2(currently the latest version). Currently you can have trial only for the latest available version of Infragistics controls. At this moment this is Infragistics 14.2. What I can suggest is to contact our Sales Department regarding the version, that you want to use.
