In this sample(PolarLine), I couldn't know that which is the first point and which is the last point. Can we add an arrow to show the direction explicitly.

This is a chart that uses circular type of coordinate system - Polar coordinate system. In circle you do not have beginning or end. So generally to your question the marked point is neither first or last point. However there is order how the points are connected them. The connection order is the same as the order in the data source, so basically it start connecting the points from this point relative to the data source.

But I have the requirement to show which point is the beginning. Can I mark the beginning point's marker with different color ?
You can use markerTemplate in order to use different color for each point.
Here is a sample how to use custom markerTemplate for igMap, but basically it's the same concept.
