I can not see all list of users from our SharePoint portal with Shareplus Pro. What could be the reason for this?

Are you referring to the Social Hub in the navigation bar?If so, please try tapping over it, then tap on "People" at the bottom of the screen.Once there you should be able to see a selector to see people you are following and your Followers.

If your SharePoint portal has a large number of users, the app might have limitations on the number of users it can display at once. In such cases, the app may show a limited subset of users or provide pagination options to navigate through the complete list.
