WebGrid styles not taking affect when set at the Band level

Problem:
Setting the default styles for the entire grid works fine, but if you set the styles at the band level (typical when you have multiple levels) then the styles are ignored.

Status:
This has been reported and can be referenced with ID BR35073. 

Resolution:
To be added to the bug notification list, contact Infragistics support via http://www.infragistics.com/gethelp referencing the bug number BR35073.  This post will be updated once a hotfix is made available.
