cannot find license key

the installation of above product looks succesful; however there was no prompt for license key


During build of the current solution of my desktop the error occurred that no licenses.licx file was found


How do I create this in order to continue

    You can add a blank .licx file to your project and see if it works. The project should automatically write to this file on the NetAdvantage assemblies and version numbers you have current installed and added to your project.
