If you are looking for a hierarchical windows forms grid, then you can use the WinGrid and refer to the Binding to Program-Generated Hierarchical Data topic in the help as a starting point.
If you are looking for a asp.net grid, then you can use the WebHierarchicalDataGrid and there is an example on binding to data here.
