I wanted to know - 1. Is Silverlight 5 client runtime is mandatory for a browser to execute applications which has used Infragistics versions 2012.1 and/or 2012.2?
2. Is it mandetory for a developer to upgrade to Silverlight 5 developer runtime, SL5 developer tools, SL5 Control toolkit to work with Infragistics versions 2012.1 and/or 2012.2?

Thank you for your post. I have been looking into it and I can say that you should have SL 5 client in order to run Silverlight applications or applications that contains Silverlight controls. Also you need Silverlight 5 developer runtime in order to create SL application. The requirements are the same as for using regular SL controls.
