Is the sample for "How to Work with Cascading Parameters" available?

Hi,

In the online and local documentation on reporting there is a How To about "How to Work with Cascading Parameters".

At the end there is a link to samples on Cascading Parameters, but this link leads to a 404 error page.

Are there samples available about this topic?

I would like to consult them becaus I have to work with it.
