CLR 3.5 for VS 2012 or VS 2013

I have both Visual Studio 2012 and 2013 and need to create some WinForm apps using the Infragistics controls but I must develop in .NET v3.5

I downloaded the latest trial version of Infragistics but can't seem to find any support for the older framework.

Any suggestions on how I might resolve this?
