After updating to SharePlus 4, many of our users are getting the error:
"Authentication Fails Service response in unexpected format, please review your configuration."
With version 3, this issue was resolved by changing the SSL Level to SSL v3. That option is no longer available in version 4. Interestingly, changing the URL from http to https fixes the problem but the users have to reconfigure offline support.
Why this behavior? where is the SSL level in version 4?

Our users are having the same problem, we use Microsoft's UAG and TLS.
So, we found that if we change the URL from http:// to https:// that fixed our problem.
we have the same problem and the same fix But I'm curious to know why they change that !?
