I need both filtering and multiselection in my igCombo however if the user first select a few items in the list and then try to add more by filtering, the selected (checked) items will not match the previously selected items.

After further investigation has been determined that this behavior is related to already existing development issue, logged in our internal system with ID: 157984.
Therefore I've opened a private case for you with number: CAS-135773-P5K6N4 and have linked the development issue to it so that you'll be notified once the issue has been resolved.
You can find the case by going to your account on our web site and then to the "Support activity" tab.
You can view the status of the development issue connected to that case by selecting the "Development Issues" tab when viewing this case.

The problem with Multiple selection is fixed. Now you can download the latest service release from here, and apply the fix. If you still have problems, please write us and we will try to resolve them.
