Why does my Version Utility never work? This is the fourth upgrade i have gone through and it ALWAYS says "appears to be read-only or not accessible for some reason." EVERY TIME. I attached the resultant log file. If it matters, this solution is under source control with TFS. I've tried from inside Visual Studio and from the Infragistics folder in the start menu, neither works ever.

When the solution that is being upgraded with the Version Utility is under a source control in TFS it may not be accessible by the upgrader with writing permissions.
