Corrupt Views When Using Offline Mode

Since the upgrade to v 4.0.2 we have experienced issues with offline sync. The online view shows certain documents, and the are all marked with the green sync symbol. However, when switching to offline mode the list of documents is different for the same view.

Have tried refreshing cache, resetting all and even creating a claen install on a new iPad, but still get the same results.

Any ideas what could be causing this?
