We are using SharePlus (Latest version) (Enterprise) for our corporate portal.
Most of the users only have 'Read Only' access to the sites but they are not able to see the sub-sites on the SharePlus app.
(although they have 'Read Only' access into those sites). They have no such problems on the web browser.
For the accounts that has higher access, we are able to see those subsites.
We are using SharePoint 2013 (Claims authentication) and accessing those sites via UAG.

This is to update the thread with the resolution:
"As it turned out, it required 'Browse Directories' permission to be granted or else, SharePlus won't be able to display the sites. After adding this to the 'Read' default permission set, the problem is resolved"
