Hi All,
I am using Infragistics2.Win.UltraWinGrid.v11.2 with VS2010.
I have a grid having report group name and list of report names under each report group and filter row on top.
e.g:
Filter Row
Report Name Report Description
Finance
finance report 1 finance report desc 1
finance report 2 finance report desc 2
Logistics
logistics report 1 logistics report desc 1
logistics report 2 logistics report desc 1
Now, my requirement is to remove column headers in each group and keep only filter row column header names as below;
Is this possible in UltraWinGrid?
Please let me know how to do it.
Thanks & Regards,
Kumara
Hello Kumara,
Thank you for posting in our forums!
UltraWinGrid provides you with a few properties regarding visibility of band, group and column headers.
Based on the provided grid snippet, I believe you are looking for the HeaderPlacement property of the UltraWinGrid`s layout. It specifies if and how headers are displayed. Please note that HeaderPlacement is enumeration. If you need more information about it and how to control visibility of band, group and column headers, refer to the following documentation pages:
http://help.infragistics.com/Help/Doc/WinForms/2012.1/CLR2.0/HTML/Infragistics2.Win.UltraWinGrid.v12.1~Infragistics.Win.UltraWinGrid.HeaderPlacement.html

Also you can take a look at the provided sample attached to this post. I have implemented UltraWinGrid with three columns. When you start the application, one of the columns is grouped, the UltraWinGrid is expanded and the HeaderPlacement property is set to FixedOnTop. Then all of the column headers are hidden (except the top) as per your requirements.
If you need further assistance or I am missing something, I will be glad to answer you.
