Hello,
I have a problem with the alignment of the header text.
As you can see the "Customer Order Ref" text is lower that "Customer Delivery Ref" they should have the same appearance.
If i change the the "Customer Order Ref" to "Customer Orders Ref"(add "s" to order) than everything is fine.
Both columns have the same appearance setting(default ones), seems to be a rendering problem of this text.
Could you please have a look on this.

Which version of Infragistics for Windows Forms are you using?
I believe there may be an issue with the WrapHeaderText property. Are you using this in your application? During my test it does't appear that resizing the columns adjusts accordingly to show all the text.
Can you please confirm this? I attached my sample below.
I'm using v13.1
I've tried setting WrapHeaderText but the result was the same.
I've changed the text HAlign to center ,VAlign to middle and the text trimming to EllipsisWordWithLineLimit and now it seems to look much better.
