I use infragistics on my work computer and have liscense the following products

Does infragistics allow me to download these on my home computer for my use?

From the license agreement:
"B. The SOFTWARE is licensed for full use per registered developer, upon payment of the then-current per developer license fee, at which time the SOFTWARE may be installed and used on more than one computer or on a network server, as long as the use of the SOFTWARE is limited to the registered developer(s) for whom a license fee has been paid. "

So it sounds like they bought it for me as an individual developer. Then if I am no longer with the company, I can no longer use the product and someone else will get my liscense?

When you leave the company, it is expected that they would transfer the license to another developer at that time. When that happens you would no longer be allowed to use the toolset.
