Infragistics ultra webgrid filter

I am working on Infragistics  11.1.20111.2178 Asp.net application ultrawebgrid filter . When I try opening the application, it  is  getting opened in Internet Explorer 9 Compatibility view mode  and the filter used is not working .When the filter is clicked, browser hangs. It should open in IE 9 and then would work fine. You can find the details from the image. Please help me out. Early reply would be highly helpful.

    Thank you for contacting Infragistics!

    I have done some looking into this matter and I have some questions concerning this matter:

    How are you setting up the grid?
    Do you get any errors in the browser console (F12)?

    I would also like to note that UltraWebGird has been retired and is no longer supported. You can try updating to the latest service release of v11.1. It is recommended that you consider upgrading to either the ASP.NET Aikido controls (WebDataGrid) or the Ignite UI jQuery controls (igGrid):
