I have a few questions:
1. Is there a way to get filtered data from the dataGrid? (Not all raw data but the filtered set, say I filtered all employees belonging to COmpany X. I want to get this filtered set)
2. Is there a way to get filtered data from the dataGrid from all pages if I use pagination?
3. Is there a way to get the current view of the gird from the current page and from all pages if pagination was used (could be sorted, filtered, columns hidden)?

You could use 'dataFiltered' event to get the filtered data: http://help.infragistics.com/jQuery/2015.1/ui.iggridfiltering#events:dataFiltered or you could use 'transformedData' method to get the filtered data through all pages: http://help.infragistics.com/jQuery/2015.1/ig.datasource#methods:transformedData. This method allows you to get the transformed data in 3 cases, which are described in the link I gave you. If you need further assistance, please let me know.
