The code I have used is
oGrid.Rows.Band.SortedColumns.Add(oGrid.Rows.Band.Columns("rowindex"), True, False)
Its working in my colleagues machine and not working in my machine.
Please help me to figure out this issue.

What exactly happens on the machine where it does not work?
If you are sure this line of code is being executed and it's giving different behavior on one machine, then the most likely explanation is that the two machines are using different versions of the Infragistics components.
