I am using WebHierarchicalDataGrid and WebDataGrid , version 10.2. bothcontrols are working as expected on IE10 but when I upgraged IE from IE 8 to IE 10. I am getting error. Please find attached screen shot for error I am getting on both the grids.

can you please send me a sample, so that I will be able to investigate the problem? Under what circumstances is this error displayed?
Please note that version 10.2 of Infragistics controls is supported till IE9 and some of the features don't work correctly under IE10. So in this case I would suggest you to upgrade to 12.2 or higher version, which is supported under IE10.
