Hi,
I have a windows Form on which i have some UltraLabels and other controls.
I noticed some strange behaviour when opening the Form and when the mouse pointer is positioned on a label so that the tooltip appears.
The Form flickers(seems like it changes the location) first and then it is shown ok.
It seem to be something related to the label tooltip because when i disabled the label(no tooltip appears) everything works fine.
Can you look into this problem?

I’ll be glad to investigate this issue further for you. In order to be able to reproduce this on my side, could you please let me know:
the exact version of Infragistics which you are using,
version of the operation system on which this happen,
if there any specific theme applied to this OS,
is the application accessed via any kind of a remote connection
is the application stay6led with a specific isl
if possible please post small sample which demonstrates your issue.

- I'm using Infragistics v.13.1- Running on Windows 8.0 with no special theme applied- No remote connection- There is application style(.isl) but i was able to reproduce the behaviour even without the style

Thank you for the provided sample. I’ve tested it on a Win 8 with Infragistics 13.1 1001 as per your instruction and I was not able to reproduce the issue, please see attached video and let me know if I am missing something.
