About your first question, since you're passing a column key to the deleteRow click handler, which is of string data type, it should be surrounded with quotes in order to work properly:
onclick='deleteRow( \"${ProductName}\")'
Please note that if you want to delete a row using the igGrid 'deleteRow' API, you should use the primary key column, because this method works only with a primary key: http://help.infragistics.com/jQuery/2015.1/ui.iggridupdating#methods:deleteRow
About your second question, I believe that you're not using the right MVC wrapper for the igCombo. Here in our documentation is explained how to create basic igCombo in MVC for your reference:http://www.igniteui.com/help/igcombo-getting-started
