UltraDayView Appointment Drop on AllDayEventAreaDayUIElement

Greetings,

How can I stop users from dragging appointments and dropping them on the All Day Event Area of the UltraDayView control?  I do want the AllDayEventAreaDayUIElements to be visible - I just don't want appointments dragged there.
