Please can you define how a new row is added in your scenario and where it shows? As you may know you can get all grid rows through the DisplayLayout property of the grid: grid.DisplayLayout.Rows or you can use grid.ActiveRowScrollRegion.VisibleRows to get the rows in the visible area of the grid.
