igGrid touch scrolling Firefox Mobile issue

Hello,

We have a problem in Firefox Mobile 50.1.0 (Samsung Galaxy Tab A6 10") when we try to scroll the page.

I reproduce the issue on your example : http://www.igniteui.com/grid/overview

If you try to scroll the page by starting your touch drag inside the grid, you can't scroll (It's ok in Chrome)

It's works if you scroll the page by starting your touch drag outside the grid.

In version 16.1, this issue works in Firefox but not in 16.2

    Hello,

    I've logged an internal issue with Development ID 231326 in order to further investigate this change in behavior.
    I also created a case on your behalf with number CAS-180594-V0T7V2, so that you can be notified when there is a resolution for the issue.

    You can find your active cases under Account - Support Activity in our website. Select your ticket and go to Development Issues tab to view the status of related development issues.
